The previews are not working on the site, what do I do?

First, please make sure that your Flash Player is enabled. If Flash is enabled, and the previews are still not working, you may want to try clearing your browser cache.

Please follow the instructions below to clear your cache:
 
For Firefox:

1. On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences

2. Select the Advanced Panel

3. Click on the Network Tab

4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now

5. Close the Preferences window

For Chrome:

1. Log out of Beatport and close the window

2. Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar

3. Select Tools

4. Select Clear browsing data

5. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove

6. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything

7. Click Clear browsing data.


For Safari:

1. Log out of Beatport

2. From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari.

3. From the menu, select ALL items and click 'Reset.'

For Internet Explorer 8 and above :

1. Log out of Beatport

2. IE 8: From the Tools menu choose Internet Options

3. IE 9: In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon (to the right of the star icon) and choose Internet Options

4. On the General tab, under Browsing History, click Delete.

5. Uncheck the Preserve Favorites website data box.

6. Check the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History boxes.

7. The format data, password and inPrivate filtering data boxes may be left un-checked. You can check them to delete this data if you would like.

8. Click Delete

9. When finished click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window

10. Close the window and reopen
