Overview
If you are using the DJ App with a multi-output sound card such as a DJ controller, or a conventional DJ mixer to manipulate Deck A, and Deck B, and sound card to preview tracks, you may need to navigate to your operating system settings to enable the DJ App to access all stereo outputs. You will also need to use either the '3) DJ Controller | Multi-Output Sound Card', or '4) External Audio Mixer' headphones setting.
Headphones Setting
Once you've selected '3) DJ Controller | Multi-Output Sound Card', or '4) External Audio Mixer', it is possible that only one stereo output is detected instead of two outputs. If this occurs, please follow the instructions below. Unlike other DJ software that may have direct access to the audio hardware, the DJ App relies on the audio capabilities of the browser (WebAudio / HTML5). The browser, in turn, utilizes the audio settings of the operating system.

All output channels of the DJ controller should be enabled by default, requiring no action on your part. If, however, not all outputs are detected, please follow the instructions provided above for Windows 11.
ChromeOS - Settings
In the latest version of ChromeOS, all the output channels of the sound card are enabled by default, so you don't need to take any action. However, in older versions of ChromeOS, multi-channel sound cards are not supported. For further information, please refer to the 'Does the DJ App work on Chromebooks?' article.
