You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be billed for the following month after you have canceled.
*Please ensure the cancellation of your subscription occurs at least 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal to prevent any issues related to time zone differences that may result in renewal charges.
Just hover over your avatar, then click 'My Subscriptions'.
From the subscriptions page, choose "Change Subscription".
Click "Cancel Plan" if you would like to cancel the plan. Otherwise, you also have the option to change your plan if something more suitable meets your needs.
** If you've got an annual plan, you'll need to use the tab to select "Yearly" in order to see your plan and the option to cancel.
After selecting "Cancel Plan", you will be informed of the features you will lose by cancelling your plan, and the option to Downgrade instead will be made available.
After selecting "Continue Cancellation", your confirmation will be required to complete the cancellation of your subscription.

Please note: Once you have cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the following billing date and you will not be charged for the following month.
You can reactivate your plan at any time before the end of your billing cycle on your My Subscriptions page.
